The single component polyurethane waterproof coating is prepared by reacting a special polyether with an isocyanate to form a prepolymer, which is prepared with various additives. It does not contain a cross-linking curing agent and is completely cured by absorbing moisture from the air. The coating is a moisture-curing coating, which has the characteristics of high strength, high elongation, good water resistance, etc., and forms a tough seamless coating film on the surface of the base layer, which has strong adaptability to deformation of the base layer.





It does not contain coal tar, asphalt and benzene organic solvents, and is environmentally safe.

The construction operation is convenient and safe, to overcome the shortcomings of the mixing and mixing of the multi-component materials and affect the use effect.

It has good acid resistance, alkali resistance, heat resistance, cold resistance and aging resistance.

The coating film is dense, tough and flexible, and good overall.

Strong adhesion, can be bonded to concrete, wood, glass, metal, rubber and other materials.

1.When the coating is not fully cured, it is strictly forbidden to go to the next person or carry out the next road construction.
2. It is strictly forbidden to work in rainy days. It is strictly forbidden to contact rainwater before the film is cured.
3. The construction temperature should be between 5 and 35 °C.
4. No need to add thinner when scraping. If you need to add thinner, please consult relevant technical personnel.
5. Reference dosage: 1.0mm thick coating film, the total amount of coating is about 1.5 ~ 1.7kg / m2.
6. Packaging: iron drum sealed packaging, 25kg / barrel.


1. Base surface treatment: The base surface is required to be solid, flat, dry, no sanding, no oil, and the low concave and damaged parts must be filled and smoothed. The dust, sand, mortar, hard block and other debris on the surface should be cleaned before construction. The roof water outlet, air outlet, equipment and facilities, sanitation facilities, etc. need to be installed in advance and the joints are tight and flat.
2. Additional layer construction: weak parts such as yin and yang angles and through-wall pipes are reinforced with additional layers. It can be made into “one cloth and two coatings”, and the carcass reinforcing material should preferably be made of polyester non-woven fabric. During the construction, it is necessary to apply the paint once, and then immediately lay the carcass reinforcement material, and the surface is covered with paint.
3. Large-area painting: uniformly spread the coating with a rubber scraper or a metal scraper on the base surface. The thickness of the coating should be 1.5 mm-2.0 mm, preferably 3-4 times. The direction of the first coating should be perpendicular to the direction of the previous coating. After the previous coating is cured, the next coating can be applied. The interval between each pass is 24h (the low-temperature construction time is extended accordingly).
4. Construction of protective layer: The waterproof layer that has been painted should be protected in time, and the protective isolation layer should be constructed according to relevant specifications or design requirements.
