The material cures into a film by reacting of components A and B. component A is a prepolymer containing isocyanate group obtained by condensation polymerization of polyether and polyisocyanate. Part B is a paste formed by mixing of crosslinking agents, promoting agent, flexibilizer, thickener, fungicide, fillers, and pigments. When using, mix components A and B according to a certain proportion; after mixing evenly, coat on the construction base; after several hours of curing reaction, it will form a waterproofing film of elastic resilience and durability. The coating has excellent heat-resisting adhesion and shear resistance, and the elastic high-strength coating film formed after the construction of road and bridge can withstand long-term load movement of road and bridge, prevent structural damage to the copper bar, the corrosion and the concrete carbonization caused by seepage, and greatly extend the service life of road and bridge.

Strong shear resistance, high and low temperature bearing performance;under the condition of -50-160℃, the waterproof layer can still resist the movement load and horizontal shear.

The film has good elasticity, its elongation is more than 450%, and it can resist structural deformation completely.

The material could be cold applied, easy in construction; both spraying method and scraping method are available.

● The proportion of ingredients: component A: component B = 1:2 (or prepared according to manufacturer instructions) Before mixing, stirring component B evenly with an electric blender and weigh components A and B accurately(mass ratio) according to the manufacturer's product specification.Using the electric blender mixing for 3~5 minutes to make components A and B thoroughly incorporated, the mixed material better be used up within 20 minutes.

1.The higher the ambient temperature is, the shorter the operation time is. The amount of batching should be strictly controlled in high temperature season. The mixable materials in the barrel should be poured on the substrate and scrape quickly to prevent condensation in the barrel.
2.Construction temperature should be 5~35℃; it is forbidden to constructing on rainy and snowy weather.
3.Before the film is cured, it is necessary to protect against frost and rain.
4.After the waterproof layer is accepted, the construction of protective isolation layer can be carried out according to relevant specifications or design requirements.
5.Recommended consumption: the polyurethane waterproof coating with thickness of 1.0mm used for pasting waterproofing sheet, the amount of coating is 1.4~1.6kg/㎡.

● Requirements of substrate: before construction, remove the floating dust on the surface; there should be no previous water or oil fouling or other contamination.
● Nodes treatment: for detail nodes such as the internal and external corners, the roots of tubes, and the deformation joints, there should lay an additional waterproofing layer first and the coating can be increased for 2 to 3 times (the total thickness should be no less than 1mm). If using non woven fabric for reinforcing, the reinforcement must be fully soaked; for deformation joints, there should be reinforcement laid first and then brush the coating for the second and third times to form the waterproofing structure of the additional waterproofing layer border adhibiting.
● Large area construction: scraping evenly with a rubber or metal scraper blade, brushing 2 ~ 3 times; the first time coating should be thin coating in order to close pores in the substrate, the coating should be fully cured before the second time coating, the general time interval is of 24 h (low temperature should be for longer time), the next brushing should be vertical to the former one and if reinforcement be needed, the laying of reinforcement should proceed simultaneously while brushing the coating; polyurethane waterproof coating used for pasting waterproofing membrane can be scraped and coated to the required thickness and then pasting waterproofing membrane.
