Polymer cement waterproof coating is composed of polymer emulsion and cement and other inorganic powder compounded by two component waterproof coating. It has the characteristics of "hardness and softness". It can form high strength and strong waterproof coating, and can be coloured coating as required.

1. Ingredients (mass ratio):
Type I, liquid material: powder = 1:1
Type II, liquid material: powder = 1:1.5
Type III, liquid material: powder = 1:2
2. Mixing: take the material according to the specified proportion. In the mixing state, slowly pour the powder into the liquid material, and fully mix evenly until the material does not contain the agglomerated particles.
3. Brushing: evenly brush the coating on the base surface, and check carefully after the coating is completed, without any exposure. After the primer is dry and solid, large area coating shall be carried out, and the number of times of painting shall be in accordance with the design requirements, and it is recommended that not less than three times. During construction, each scraping shall be carried out in the same direction, and the next painting direction shall be perpendicular to the previous one. The interval of each painting shall be subject to the dry and non stick coating. When the color coating is prepared, only pigment is added to the surface coating.
4. Reference dosage: 1.0mm thick coating, the total dosage of coating is about 2.0-2.3kg/m2.

Construction process:

1. Requirements for base surface: the base surface shall be flat and dry, and low-lying or protruding places shall be leveled, without sand, water and cracks.
2. Auxiliary materials: fiber reinforced materials.
3. Supporting machines and tools: electric mixer, plate brush, roller brush, art knife, electronic scale.
4. Detail treatment: the corner shall be made into round corner or obtuse corner, and the internal and external corners, construction joints, through wall pipes and other parts shall be painted with fiber reinforced materials or multiple times and sealed.
