The products are classified into retarded type (type I) and quick-setting type (type II) according to the setting time and the usage. Retarded type (type I) is mainly used for waterproofing on wet substrate.
Quick-setting type (type II) is mainly used for waterproofing on substrate with leakage or water inrush.

This product is a kind of leakage-preventing material with high efficiency, moistureproof, impermeable performance; it is a rigid inorganic waterproof material made of high-quality cement and scientifically mixed with polymers and other additives. It can be moistureproof, impermeable and leak-proof, and can be bonded with a variety of materials. The material can be divided into the  retarded type and quick-setting type, both of the two types are one component gray powder.

Quick-setting type: quick leakage-preventing in water; Retarded type: impermeable, waterproofing and moisture-proofing.

Easy to operate, permanent waterproofing effects can be achieved on both the upstream face and downstream face.

It is non-toxic, harmless, and no pollution; it can be used for domestic water engineering.

It has excellent resistance to high water pressure and water, and also excellent aging resistance; it is an inorganic material, can be the same service life as the building.


It is non-shrinkage with excellent bonding performance and reliable waterproofing function.

●substrate treatment: the seepage surface should be firm, clean, smooth and free from looseness. The old surface must be cleaned until the new surface is exposed.
● material preparing: preparing the material according to the proportion of powder: water = 1:0.3-0.4(weight ratio) , and use electric mixer to stir evenly without caking.
● leakage repairing: use the trowel or scraper to coat the substrate strongly for several times. For severe leakage, mix with dry powder and compact or use drainage decompression method, blocking the upper leakage first, then the lower leakage, finally the drainage hole.
● moisturizing maintenance: after half an hour of constructing the leakage repairing material,  spraying water to maintain the coating for more than 3 times, covering with plastic cloth or wet materials.

Construction of quick setting material for substrate with water leakage

For repairing of substrate with seepage or water inrush, we should choose quick setting type.
●substrate treatment: use a steel chisel or impact drill to make the leaking place (point) with a certain depth to form a inverted V groove, and clean up the loose debris inside the groove.
●material preparing: preparing the material according to the proportion of powder: water = 1:0.25-0.3(weight ratio) , and use electric mixer to stir evenly without caking.
●leakage repairing: knead the material thoroughly into the shape slightly smaller than the leak and stuff into the leak, squeeze with a wooden stick and hit lightly to make it compactly connected with the surrounding, thus sealing up the leakage. In order to make the sealing effect better, two-times sealing can be taken (the first time sealing 50% of the leak, and the second time sealing all).
●capping: after sealing without leakage, mixing the material with proportion of powder: water = 1:0.3 ~0.4. troweling the leak and its surrounding (10 cm) surface.

Construction of quick-setting type

For repairing of substrate without seepage , we should choose retarded type.
●substrate treatment: the substrate must be fully wet to saturation (no ponding), and it should be firm, clean, smooth (for uneven places, use cement mortar or leakage preventing materials for level finding).
●Material preparing: preparing the material according to the proportion of powder: water =1: 0.3-0.4 (weight ratio) , and use electric mixer to stir evenly without caking.
●constructing: use spatula or scraper to coat the first layer, and spray the coating wet (no water accumulated) after the coating is hardened (no fingerprint left by hand pressure); Then proceed the second layer coating, at the second construction, pressing the layer several times to make it compact.
●reference amount: one layer consumption: 1~1.5kg/㎡; total consumption: 2~3kg/㎡.
