Spraying quick-setting rubber asphalt waterproof coating is a kind of polymer-reactive waterproof and protective material. It forms a high-elastic rubber coating waterproof coating immediately after spraying, which is modified emulsified asphalt and synthetic high molecular polymer (component A). The special curing agent (component B) consists of two components. It is sprayed with special machinery at room temperature to form a dense, continuous and seamless waterproof layer. The product has the characteristics of water-based environmental protection, non-toxicity, instant molding, high adhesion, high recovery rate and simple construction. Spraying quick-setting coatings changed the traditional construction method with convenient and efficient spraying construction, and completely solved the leakage problem caused by the joint.

Technical performance:
waterproof, anti-seepage, anti-corrosion, anti-all chemicals, anti-cracking, anti-puncture, shock absorption, noise reduction and other properties.

Convenient construction:
construction at room temperature, using new double-tube spraying technology, instant forming, one-time spraying can reach the design thickness. The group of 2 people can work 800 to 1500 m2 in 8 hours.

Film formation is rapid: film formation occurs within 3 to 5 seconds after contact of components A and B; solid drying is achieved within 2 to 10 hours (depending on ambient temperature and humidity).

Anti-fracture and high elasticity: high elasticity, large extension; can effectively resist the problems of settlement, cracking and so on caused by structural deformation, expansion and temperature changes.

Strong adhesion:
The coating film has strong adhesion, can be firmly bonded to the surface of various materials such as concrete and steel, can not be drum, does not peel off, does not fall off, and has excellent waterproof performance.

Environmental protection and safety: water-based paint, free of organic volatile substances, non-toxic, harmless and non-polluting, can be directly used in drinking water; no open flame during construction, no heating, no smoke and organic emissions.

Integral molding:
the coating has no gap, and is integrated with the high permeability of the base layer. The base layer and the film are not water-repellent or peeled off; especially for the profiled structure with variable cross-section.


Painting method:
It can be applied by spraying, brushing and scraping, which is flexible and simple.

Strong construction: It can be applied on the base surface of damp and no clear water. After demulsification and solidification, the waterproof layer can penetrate into the capillary pores of concrete through the process of water-discharging, forming a firm physical riveting effect and making waterproof. The layer is truly integrated with the structural layer.

Adaptation range:
It is excellent in aging resistance, corrosion resistance and high and low temperature resistance, and can meet the performance requirements of different climate zones.

Excellent aging resistance:
stable performance under the action of ultraviolet light and ozone; good high temperature resistance and flame retardancy fire resistance grade A; excellent frost resistance and low temperature flexibility, long service life.

1.Before spraying, it must be fully stirred, and the mixing time is controlled within 5 to 10 minutes.
2.The temperature of the construction environment should be higher than 5 °C. In the humid environment without ventilation, the air exhaust equipment should be pre-set; the wind in the open air construction should be no more than 5, and it should not be sprayed on the base layer with clear water and frost (dew).
3.When spraying on a base surface with high humidity, the local surface temperature is higher than 40 °C, and it is better to avoid the construction at high temperature.
4.After the construction process and after completion, it should be inspected at any time, and the problem should be repaired or refilled in time.
5.Reference dosage: 1.0mm thick coating film, the total amount of coating is about 1.8 ~ 2.0kg / m2.

Precautions

In the roots, floor drains, yin and yang angles, etc., the non-woven fabric should be used for additional reinforcement treatment. The non-woven fabric should be cut in advance according to the width of the joint, and placed in the quick-setting rubber "A" in advance, so that the "A" material can fully infiltrate the non-woven fabric and then be reinforced. The reinforcing material should be placed in the middle of the coating, and the material should be firmly adhered, not hollowed or not. The thickness of the additional waterproof coating should not be less than 1.0 mm.
Spraying process
1.In order to increase the adhesion to the substrate, a layer of quick-setting rubber A component is sprayed first during construction, and then two-component spraying is performed.
2.The product is made up of double-tube spraying equipment. It is sprayed at a high temperature in a high-pressure fan shape. The A component and the B component are mixed and reacted outside the spray gun in proportion, and sprayed on the surface of the object at one time, and the film can be formed in 3 to 5 seconds. The spray gun should be 600~800mm from the base surface, and the spray angle should be 90°.
3.After the additional layer is formed into a film, a large area is sprayed, and the spray gun is sprayed at the time of spraying to ensure the thickness of the film, and the number of cross-spraying is determined according to the thickness of the project.

The base layer must be clean, flat, firm, and free of debris. If there are holes and cracks in the base surface, seal the liquid product with liquid rubber before spraying to repair the base surface.
